Working with Us

We sign a lease with the owner/property manager for a fixed term and fully furnish the suite to our desire. Then book stays to our clients desired length. The owner/property manager will receive guaranteed rent by Tilo Suites for the entire length of the lease regardless of occupancy.

Our in-house maintenance team is available to coordinate and accompany all trades for any repairs needed in your suite. The preventative maintenance carried out in all suites aims to tackle potentially expensive repairs before they become an issue. The suites will be cleaned before and after each guest stay and weekly during the guest stays. Our in-house cleaning team provides our clients with the unbeatable feeling of coming home to a fresh and clean suite.
